How should I prepare for a "Spiritual Rejuvenation" session?

To prepare for your session:

  • Eat a light meal and drink plenty of water at least two hours before. Energy work can sometimes cause dehydration.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your arms and legs below the knees. Robes are available if needed.

  • Bring a notepad to jot down any messages or insights received during the session. Audio or video recording is not permitted to maintain privacy and sacredness.

What happens during a "Spiritual Rejuvenation" session?

Each session begins with an evaluation, especially for first-time clients. We will discuss your concerns and goals before starting the treatment.

During the session, I channel universal healing energy, allowing it to flow through my hands as they hover above your body or through a light touch. Many clients experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or even vivid colors, visions, or messages. Some enter a deep meditative state or fall asleep - both are signs that healing is taking place.

Sessions typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours, as I follow the guidance of spirit guides to ensure the healing process is complete. Afterward, we will discuss the session and any insights received.

What should I do after my "Spiritual Rejuvenation" session?

To maximize the healing benefits:

  • Eat a nourishing meal and drink plenty of water.

  • Rest for the next 24 hours. Some clients may feel lightheaded or deeply relaxed—both are normal signs of healing.

  • I encourage clients to take advantage of the zen room upstairs for additional relaxation.

Can this healing be combined with Western medicine?

Yes, Indigenous Healing complements Western medicine by addressing the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. While Western medicine often focuses on treating individual symptoms, Indigenous Healing works holistically, considering environmental and emotional factors.

This treatment can be used alongside medical care to support recovery and relieve side effects. However, if you are undergoing treatment, have a serious medical condition, or have recently had surgery, please consult your doctor. I am not a medical professional and do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. In case of a medical emergency, seek professional medical care immediately.

Do you offer in-home or virtual "Spiritual Rejuvenation" sessions?

No, in-home services are not available. This session is best experienced in person, within my private sacred space, to ensure the most effective results.

How many sessions do you recommend?

The number of sessions you may need can vary based on your individual needs and healing goals. While many clients experience noticeable changes after just one session, deeper and more lasting healing often requires multiple sessions.
